Can’t have too many surprises for the Hayabusa2# investigation- the probe is already old now, and will be even older when it gets to 1998 KY26. Via ground telescopes, astronomers see signs that the target is a more difficult imaging and rendezvous subject than originally thought. Our study of dark comets will be more involved and intricate than a simple flyby and photo-montage.
