I suppose I could post a brief summary, but… just read the paper, if you have the time. If you don’t, the abstract, introduction, and summary are good introductions and summaries. Lead author Hal Levison is the principal investigator of the mission, so I think he’s qualified to speak. Should you still want more, the paper is well-referenced to topical papers, or at minimum prior works.
