The Hera follow-on mission to DART is launched and flying. ESOC, then, refers to the ground command hub: European Space Operations Centre, in Darmstadt, Germany. Like a previous article, parts of the project are given a nice review in a review journal. Unfortunately, like that previous article, it’s paywalled- unless you or your host institution have a journal subscription, no paper for you. And yes, I checked for preprints or other sources.
